Our reputable, forward thinking, professional services client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR Advisory team and become a trusted partner to their Business Services division.As part of our People Directorate, you will work alongside HR Business Partners, Employee Relations specialists, and a range of specialist people teams to deliver exceptional HR advisory services. This role isn't just about policies and procedures , it is about being a strategic partner who puts people and society at the heart of everything they do.You will be the go-to expert for Business Services leadership, providing authoritative guidance on people strategy, employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning. From managing complex ER cases to leading organisational change, you will have the autonomy to make decisions whilst working collaboratively across the firm to drive meaningful impact.Your role will span the full spectrum of strategic HR advisory work. You will:Support talent acquisition and performance management initiatives,Manage employee relations cases with confidenceChampion engagement and inclusion across Business Services.Use HR technology and data analyticsApplicants must have previous HR Advisory experience within a large firm and ideally have the CIPD level qualifications.
