The institution prides itself on promoting scientific research, cultural dissemination, and addressing educational challenges.Role DescriptionUSAP is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Analyst to support the university’s strategic and operational talent management efforts. This role plays a key part in strategic recruitment and onboarding, strengthening employee engagement initiatives, analyzing workforce data to inform decision-making, and contributing to the improvement of HR policies and practices.The Human Resources Analyst will work closely with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure organizational effectiveness, consistency in processes, and full compliance with internal policies and Honduran labor regulations. This position requires someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and committed to supporting a high-performance culture.QualificationsProficiency in core Human Resources processes and HR management principlesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisionsExperience with benefits administration and ensuring compliance with applicable regulationsFamiliarity with development of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), PowerBI and others.
