This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about keeping HR processes and accounts payable running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesSupport payroll processing and employee benefits administrationAssist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to create a seamless team member experienceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policiesProvide administrative support for training, employee relations, and performance management initiativesProcess accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timelinessKeep financial and HR records organized and up to datePrepare reports to support HR and accounting functionsExperiencePrior experience in HR support or administration, with exposure to accounts payable or finance tasksStrong understanding of HR processes, employee records management, and complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departmentsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyHospitality industry experience is highly desirableFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and payroll/HR platforms is a plusSchedule & CompensationHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMSalary$70,000 annuallyBenefitsOne-week paid vacation after one year of service and two weeks thereafter, subject to business needs. · Five paid sick days. · Medical insurance available after 90 days with three plan options.Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
