We believe that fermentation is one of the most promising answers to this challenge.Working together to better nourish and protect the planet.Job DescriptionUnder the responsibility of the General Manager and functionnally to the HR manager, you will be responsible for facilitating recruitment, training, insurance, medical and promotion processes, as well as employee transfers and related activities.You will compile and update personnel records, ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law, and oversee the effective supervision and administration of General Services.Your missions : Human ResourcesRecruitment: filling opened positions using the right sources, ensuring candidates’ skills meeting requirementsConducting and following matters related to personnel administrationPreparing induction of newly recruited employeesAdministrating employees’ benefits such as annual leave, medical aid, pension, life insurance and others to ensure smooth operationsFollowing up employees’ attendanceFollowing up the proper completion of annual reviews for all employeesPreparing internal communicationArranging overtime work when necessaryImplementing training and identifying the appropriate providersEnsuring compliance with labour lawGeneral servicesScheduling cleaners’ activities and assigning dutiesScheduling security guards’ shiftsInvestigating and resolving complaints regarding food quality or serviceQualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related field. A proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR specialist or a relevant HR/ Administrative position.
