Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager/HR Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while providing essential support to our Human Resources department.Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations, including overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office supplies, and handling facilities management.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.Onboard new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training as needed.Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution or escalating as necessary.Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement activities, and compliance initiatives.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in office management or administrative roles, with exposure to HR functions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
