We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team and support daily HR operations across the organization.Role OverviewThe HR Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HR data management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports as required.Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.Handle daily attendance and leave management.Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to vacancy@alfaresintl.com
