Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment from sourcing to hiring, including hiring blue collar rolesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including interviewsPrepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc.)Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-filesHandle foreign work pass applications and renewalsSupport the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflowsHandle recruitment, orientation and training activitiesHandle monthly payroll administrationProcess work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claimsAssist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveysPrepare and submit government related claims (NS claims, Maternity leave, Child Care leave, etc)Support the coordination of internal HR team meetings and related eventsPrepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and postersEnsure HR practices comply with company policies, audits, and legal requirementsProvide support for HR projects and initiatives as neededWho We Are Looking ForRecently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldMeticulous, responsible, organised and detail-orientedCompetent in MS Word and Excel, Office, CanvaFamiliar with Payroll and HR SystemGood communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with Mandarin speaking stakeholders is an added advantageProblem solving & analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions.A quick learnerWhy You Should Join Us✔ A culture of collaboration and accountability✔ Competitive salary and benefits✔ Career growth and learning opportunities✔ Commitment to sustainability and long-term success
