We support our clients in building effective HR structures, improving people processes and hiring the right talent.We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys research and follows new HR tools, AI and technology trends to support our growing consulting projects.Role OverviewThe Human Resources Assistant will support the HR Consultant in day-to-day project activities, including research, documentation, coordination and reporting, ensuring that HR projects are executed in a timely and organized manner.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and administrative support in HR consulting projects for client companiesAssist in drafting and publishing job advertisements for various rolesSupport the maintenance and updating of candidate databases and recordsAssist with preliminary CV screening and basic candidate assessments when requiredCoordinate and schedule meetings and interviews with candidates and clientsPrepare, organize and maintain project-related documents, notes and reportsCollect, organize and report HR-related data using Excel and other toolsContribute to the preparation of job descriptions, HR procedures and process documentationResearch new HR tools, AI-based applications and HR technology trends and share insights with the HR ConsultantPerform basic operations and data entry in HR systems and tools (e.g. ATS, online forms, digital tracking tools)Qualifications4th year university student or recent graduate in: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Labour Economics & Industrial Relations, or a related fieldStrong interest in Human Resources and motivation to build a career in this fieldCurious and research-oriented; enjoys following new tools, AI solutions and technology developments in HRPrevious internship or part-time experience in HR is an asset, but strong motivation and willingness to learn are essentialGood command of MS Office tools, especially ExcelStrong planning, organization and follow-up skillsDetail-oriented, structured and disciplined working styleStrong written and verbal communication skills; professional and clear communication styleOpen to feedback, eager to learn and development-orientedUpper-intermediate level of English is a plus (for tools, content and documentation)What We OfferOpportunity to work with different companies and gain a consulting perspective in HRHands-on experience in HR system setup, process design and recruitment projectsExposure to HR tools, ATS platforms and AI-supported applicationsClose collaboration and mentoring from an experienced HR ConsultantFlexible working model compatible with class schedule and personal commitmentsPotential for long-term collaboration and expanded responsibilities based on performance and mutual fit
