In this role, you’ll help build strong employee relationships and support key initiatives that drive our organization’s success.As Human Resources Assistant, You Will… Keep us organized and manage both physical and digital personnel records Stay on top of things and prepare HR-related records, reports, and statistics Take care of us and administer private medical and life insurance plans Be the change-maker and submit daily shift changes, OW-OT, and monthly schedules Stay compliant by ensuring and maintaining legal compliance and updates (GDPR, labor law, ERGANI) Welcome new faces and facilitate new hire orientations and the onboarding process Engage with Operations and participate in meetings and manage internal inquiries promptly Support growth by assisting employees and managers with development needs, career growth, and learning opportunities Drive change by supporting the execution and implementation of people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables Handle special projects and take on other HR duties as assignedAs Human Resources Assistant, You Have… BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant HR experience Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite (e.g., Google Sheets) is highly appreciated Legal know-how and strong knowledge of Ergani Very good command of English, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage daily duties and time independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness Capable of managing challenging situations with good listening skills and working well independently and within a team
