Assistant - Human Resources We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Human Resources team at Prym Intimates Lanka as an Assistant – Human Resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Time and Attendance operations while supporting a range of employee life cycle activities within the organization. Key Responsibilities : · Enforcing Time and Attendance Policies.· Utilizing Timekeeping Systems and Software.· Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations.· Managing Shift Scheduling, Schedule Coordination & Shift Change Requests.· Attendance Analysis and Reporting including Absenteeism Trends & metrics.· Tracking Employee Work Hours· Monitoring Attendance including managing time off & overtime tracking.· Maintaining Attendance Records in Updating Systems, Data Verification & Record Retention.· Support Payroll Integration and Payroll related errors resolution.· Employee Time Reporting and Communication.· Compiling and updating employee records (hard & soft copies). Qualifications & Experience: · Diploma or HND in HRM / Management or any relevant professional qualification (full /partial).· Prior experience in HR administration will be an added advantage.· Language proficiency in both Sinhala and English.· Knowledge on Microsoft Office package.· Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can - do - attitude to work.
