ABOUT THE COMPANYAZADEA Group is a premier lifestyle retail company that owns and operates more than 40 leading international franchise concepts in fashion and accessories, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia and beauty and cosmetics across the Middle East and Africa spread across 13 countries overseeing more than 700 stores.JOB PURPOSEThe Human Resources Associate manages and executes a range of HR administrative functions and tasks, handling sensitive employee and company information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare various documents including routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar paperwork, ensuring compliance with the company's document management system.Draft announcements and communications regarding vacancies, new hires, and promotions.Ensure consistent adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures, encompassing the code of conduct, employee handbook, uniforms, working hours, and staff facilities.Provide initial advice and guidance to managers and employees, resolving basic Employee Relations issues effectively.Support employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, oversee the appraisal system, and communicate employees' learning needs and training requirements to the talent development department.Perform exit interviews, manage transfers, and facilitate relocations, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation throughout the process.Assist in coordinating and attending job fairs, training events, and other activities, ensuring all logistical arrangements are meticulously managed.Analyze job requirements, source candidates from databases and social media platforms, conduct screenings, interviews, and select applicants for lower and middle-level open positions.Coordinate allocated hours and headcount based on store requirements, productivity goals, and budgets, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language ProficiencyFluency in English.Fluency in Spanish is a plusTechnical SkillsProficiency in MS Office.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related fieldEXPERIENCEZero to two years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.Azadea Group is an Equal Employment Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by relevant local laws.
