The HR Associate will support SycamoreNG’s Human Capital function with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a consulting environment, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, client-facing communication, structured problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder management.This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a high-performing workforce aligned with Sycamore’s culture and business goals.Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to candidate onboarding.Develop and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms, including internal and external channels.Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using modern recruitment tools and methodologies.Conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the overall candidate experience.Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and provide timely reports to hiring managers.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Performance ManagementSupport the implementation of SycamoreNG’s performance management framework.Work closely with team leads and department heads to set KPIs and monitor performance cycles.Track performance documentation and follow up with managers to ensure timely reviews.Support performance calibration sessions and documentation of outcomes.Contribute to performance-related interventions such as PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).Analyze performance trends and prepare insights for decision-making.HR Operations & Employee ExperienceAssist in onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and dashboard updates.Support the administration of trainings, learning sessions, and internal engagement programs Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.Provide first-level HR support to employees and escalate issues when needed.4. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with department leads to understand their hiring needs and performance expectations.Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive smooth HR processes.Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and structured communication, leveraging consulting experience.Key RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.3–4 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a consulting firm (HR consulting preferred).Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management processes.Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or fintech environment is an added advantage..Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.Excellent analytical and documentation skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency required).Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment capabilities.Problem-solving mindset with a consulting-level approach to structuring tasks.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to uphold confidentiality and integrity at all times.Qualifications
