Job Description

This role is to oversee human resources operations across APAC and will work closely with commercial/ country leaders in each country, to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in the HR preferably across pharmaceutical, medical and/or aesthetics industry, a strong understanding of distribution networks, and the ability to navigate cultural differences within the APAC region.Role Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership:Collaborate with commercial/country leaders across APAC to align HR strategies with business objectives.Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership teams, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.Talent Acquisition and Retention:Lead and manage recruitment processes to attract top talent across the region.Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.Build a talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.Employee Lifecycle Management:Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across APAC region.Cultural and Industry Expertise:Address cultural differences particularly understanding the difference between APAC countries and foster an inclusive work environment across diverse regions.Leverage industry expertise to guide HR practices specific to the pharmaceutical and injectables sectors, including understanding distribution channels and market dynamics.Change Management and Strategic Initiatives:Drive strategic changes within the organization, ensuring alignment with global HR and business strategies.Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support growth and transformation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Proven HR leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or injectables industry, with a strong understanding of distribution networks.Demonstrated experience or track record managing HR operations across APAC.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and cultural differences across the APAC region.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and driving strategic HR initiatives.Experience in change management and leading organizational transformations.A strong network of industry contacts is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational tasks effectively.Strong cultural awareness and adaptability.Proficiency in oral and written englishAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
