As an HR Business Partner, you’ll advise senior management on strategic and operational HR topics — from leadership and talent development to organisational transformation — helping build a future-proof organisation.What you’ll doAct as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on HR strategy, leadership, development and organisational design.Support managers and employees on HR matters such as performance, employability, wellbeing and employment law.Translate business goals into practical HR interventions and policies.Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen culture, capability and engagement.What you’ll bring (must-have)Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, psychology, law, business administration or a related field.Fluent in Dutch7+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, evolving organisation.Strong strategic advisory skills and proven ability to influence at multiple levels.Analytical mindset with experience using HR data for insight and impact.Collaborative, communicative and able to connect across teams and leadership levels.Practicalities: Hybrid working, 32–36 hours per week.
