Department: Human Resources Reports to: CEO / General Manager Location: Head Office –6 october🎯 Job PurposeTo lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, acting as both a strategic partner to management and an operational expert across all HR areas. The HRBP ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment.⚙️ Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement the HR strategy aligned with company goals.Advise management on workforce planning, organization design, and employee engagement.Create HR dashboards and reports for leadership decisions.2. Recruitment & StaffingManage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.Conduct onboarding & induction sessions to ensure smooth integration.3. Performance ManagementDevelop and manage the performance appraisal process.Support managers in setting SMART goals and providing feedback.Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.4. Compensation & BenefitsPrepare monthly payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions).Ensure compliance with labor law, insurance, and tax requirements.Benchmark salaries and propose adjustments to maintain internal equity.Recommend and administer company benefits or incentive programs.5. Training & DevelopmentAssess training needs and develop annual training plans.Coordinate internal/external training sessions.Track training ROI and employee development progress.6. Employee RelationsHandle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly.Build a positive company culture based on respect and teamwork.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and engagement activities.7. HR Policies & ComplianceDevelop and update HR policies and employee handbook.Ensure compliance with Egypt labor law and company regulations.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.8. HR Operations & SystemsManage personnel files, HRIS data entry, and attendance systems.Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leaves, etc.).Ensure smooth coordination with Finance, Admin, and Operations teams.9. Internal Communication & CulturePromote the company’s values through engagement programs, recognition events, and communication campaigns.Support the CEO in all company culture initiatives
