Human Resources Business Partner

JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner LOCATION: KatunayakeWORK TYPE: OnsiteWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to join the human resources team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices and experience managing a multi-disciplinary HR team in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and conduct recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.Maintain and handle attendance and related data for permanent, contract, and casual employees.Implement HR systems and processes for smooth operations.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues and support organizational goals.Support implementation of HR initiatives and organizational changes.Report KPIs and prepare regular HR performance reports.Plan and execute employee relations measures such as motivation programs, conflict resolution, events, and communication.Handle EPF & ETF related work.Manage talent and competency development, including planning and supervising employee training (e.g., leadership and professional development).Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Familiarity with HRIS, talent management, and employee engagement methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of workplace safetyReady to take your career to new heights?We're InTalent Asia, your go-to recruitment partner in Sri Lanka, and we've got an exciting opportunity for you!
