Join Our Family Today.Together, We'll Make Travel Better.What You'll Be Doing:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the key HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and performance discussions.Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture.Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies.Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance data.Coordinate and monitor learning & development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records.Collaborate with Payroll and C&B teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on employee movements, benefits, and entitlements.Participate in HR projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all HR operations.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
