Key ResponsibilityStrategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HC practices with business objectives. Develop and execute workforce plans, including reskilling, upskilling, and succession planning.Consultation and Coaching: Provide expert advice to business leaders on HC matters. Conduct regular meetings to address people-related challenges and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering positive work relationships. Mentor line managers in performance management, career planning, and coaching.Change Management: Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through complex situations. Adapt HC processes and policies to support business growth and agility.RequirementsCandidates must at least possess diploma/bachelor’s degree.At least 7 years of experience in the same field.Preferably from Property/Real Estate, FMCG, Manufacturing.Detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.Placement : Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
