Job Description:We are looking for an experienced HRBP Supervisor who will act as a strategic partner to the Sales Division, providing HR support, guidance, and solutions to drive business performance. This role requires someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong stakeholder management.Job Responsibilities:Partner closely with the Sales Division to align HR strategies with business goals.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various sales positions, from staff to managerial levels.Collaborate with BPO and headhunter vendors to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.Lead and execute mass hiring initiatives to meet large manpower requirements.Provide consultation to business leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and labor regulations.Support employee development and retention strategies within the Sales function.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced organization.Strong exposure to handling Sales Division or commercial teams.Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for various levels, especially within sales functions.Experienced in mass hiring and managing a large volume of manpower requests.Familiar with collaborating with BPO or headhunter vendors.Fluent in English (spoken and written). Able to join in less than one month.
