Join us to thrive in a supportive and inclusive workplace.Job SummaryAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support business operations and employee success by providing expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, health and safety, performance management, recruitment, and HR analytics. You will work closely with leaders and employees to ensure that all HR initiatives align with company goals and legislative requirements while promoting a positive, supportive workplace culture.Core CompetenciesStrategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Understand business priorities and align HR initiatives to support organizational success.Relationship Building and Collaboration: Build trust and strong partnerships with leaders and employees across all levels.Communication and Influence: Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic communication at all levels of the organization.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.Integrity and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and policy inquiries.Conduct workplace investigations (including harassment and violence), mediate conflicts, and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment.Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, goal setting, and reviews.Administer and reconcile employee benefits, including premium collections for leaves, and liaise with providersSupport recruitment and onboarding—manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and lead in-person orientation.Maintain and audit the HRIS (Drive-HRIS) to ensure data integrity; generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Oversee WSIB and disability claims, ensuring timely documentation, follow-up, and compliance with legislative requirements.Manage return-to-work programs, develop modified duties, and coordinate with managers, employees, and WSIB representatives.Oversee Health & Safety coordination, including meeting agendas, certifications, inspections, and compliance documentation.Update HR policies, the employee handbook, and compliance reports (AODA, Employment Standards, and other regulatory requirements).Partner with the HR Director to assess training needs, coordinate development opportunities, and manage bursaries and scholarships.Manage termination and exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.Prepare HR reports, including weekly absenteeism, monthly headcount, and updates for internal communications.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.Qualifications & Other Requirements·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.·      5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.·      CHRP designation or currently in progress.·  Strong understanding of the Employment Standards Act (Ontario), Human Rights Code, & OHSA·      Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment preferred.·      Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.·      Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.·      Strategic, collaborative mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.·      High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Why Join Us?·      Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package.·      Comprehensive Benefits: Includes a Company-matched RRSP and pension program.·      Training and Development: Extensive support for your professional growth.·      Company Events: Participate in team-building activities and company events.·      Dynamic Workplace: Be part of a team where your contributions truly matter.Join us in shaping the future, where your passion, innovation, and actions truly matter.
