HR Business Partner12-month FTCSalary up to c.£80k + benefitsHybrid, 2 days in officePaddington5-KHR/RvFLW The client:One of the world’s largest geotechnical engineering companies are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in London on a 12-month fixed term contract. With 10,000 employees globally and offices across the US, Europe and a head office in London, they’re experiencing further growth and looking for someone to come in and support their international HR team. In this role you will:Partner with senior stakeholders across central functions to understand business needs and develop tailored people plans.Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.Support with talent & performance management.Ensure effective delivery of core HR services including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of people data for reporting.Manage the annual reward cycle for Group employees, including salary reviews and bonus recommendations, in alignment with Group policies and timelines. The ideal candidate:Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a large matrixed organisation.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Experience supporting corporate or centralised functions is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics to shape strategy.Resilient, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
