About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, bilingual (Saudi national) HR Coordinator to manage all HR and personnel functions for our upcoming premium fine-dining restaurant in Riyadh.This is a hands-on standalone position — ideal for someone who can independently oversee daily HR operations, payroll, insurance, contracts, and compliance while working closely with management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain employment contracts, onboarding files, and personnel records.Manage payroll, attendance, and leave in line with Saudi labor law.Handle medical insurance, Iqama renewals, and staff documentation.Maintain employee data across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other HR platforms.Coordinate with recruiters for new hires and schedule interviews.Support staff training, disciplinary records, and policy implementation.Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, payroll costs, visa status).RequirementsSaudi national (mandatory).Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration.2 – 4 years’ experience in HR operations or coordination (hospitality, retail, or services preferred).Familiar with Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HRDF).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of HR software a plus.Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.Organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.PackageSalary: SAR 7,000 – 9,000 (depending on experience)Location: RiyadhContract: Full-time | Single Status | Saudi national onlyBenefits: Medical insurance, annual leave, year-end bonus eligibilityWhy Join UsBe part of a new fine-dining concept launching in Riyadh in 2025.You’ll play a central role in building the HR function from the ground up and contribute to a diverse team of international hospitality professionals.How to Apply:Submit your CV via LinkedIn and indicate your current position, notice period, and expected salary range.
