Human Resources Coordinator

HAIL Partners is working with a leading global financial institution seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their European People team. This role offers broad exposure across HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and mobility within a fast-paced, international environment.Responsibilities:Manage offer and onboarding processes across European offices. This includes background screening, reference checks, new hire orientations and maintain onboarding materials.Support voluntary and involuntary exits, including exit interviews.Adherence to local regulations and maintain HR compliance documentation.Liaise with background screening and mobility vendors.Support immigration, relocation, and tax processes for European new hires and transfers.Assist with secondments and international assignments.Process HR invoices and maintain accurate documentation.Provide support on employee relations matters.Requirements:1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Excel and Workday (or similar HRIS) an advantage.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Collaborative team player with strong initiative and follow-through.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and global setting.
