Job DescriptionAs a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department's functions and ensuring the smooth execution of various Human Resource processes. You will work closely with Human Resources Managers, Recruiters, and other team members to facilitate efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Job DescriptionOnboarding and Offboarding:Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organizationCoordinate and schedule orientation sessions, trainings, and introductions to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork, equipment, and access are prepared for new employeesProvide guidance and support to new employees, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding periodFacilitate the completion of required forms, agreements, and documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollmentAssist in offboarding processes, including setting up exit interviews and necessary paperworkEmployee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical files and electronic systemsEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standardAdministrative Support:Provide administrative support to the Human Resource team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentsSupervisory responsibilities NoneWork environmentWork is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractionsPhysical demandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeTravel requiredInfrequent travel between local UHY offices possibleRequired education and experienceHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)1+ years of relevant experiencePreferred education and experienceOther dutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the colleague for this job.
