It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.What We'll NeedThe HR Coordinator serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, providing independent support and consultation across a range of HR programs and processes. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and decision-making in handling sensitive employee matters, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and maintaining alignment with Wingstop’s policies and culture.The HR Coordinator will partner closely with HRBPs and employees to support a positive workplace experience and ensure that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently across the organization.Responsibilities Exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling routine matters and escalate complex issues to HR leadership when appropriate. Coordinate and administer HR programs, including onboarding, benefits, engagement initiatives, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve HR operations, efficiency, and employee experience. Review and recommend updates to HR policies, processes, and workflows to support consistency and compliance across the organization. Prepare, interpret, and distribute HR reports and communications to support leadership decision-making. Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure consistent application of HR practices. Provide recommendations for process improvement and assist in the implementation of new HR systems or tools. Ensure data integrity and compliance in all HR systems and records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Participate in special projects that require independent analysis, planning, and execution to support HR and organizational objectives.What You'll Need Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee records management, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance. High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Who You AreNo job is too small.
