Job Title: Human Resources Director - Real Estate DevelopmentLocation: Dubai, UAE Work Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:Our client is a leading Real Estate Development company developing an exclusive branded residences project in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The HR Director will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and overseeing the company’s HR strategy, structure, and systems. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align human capital initiatives with the company’s business goals while fostering a positive, performance-driven, and collaborative workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & HR Planning - Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth, business goals, and corporate culture - Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and project-based positions.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development - Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Employee Relations & Culture - Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and project-based positions.Performance Management & Compensation - Design and manage performance evaluation frameworks linked to organisational KPIs.HR Operations, Compliance & Policy Management - Ensure HR compliance with the UAE Labor laws, RAKEZ regulations, and company standards.Organisational Development & Change Management - Support leadership development and change initiatives to align with business evolution.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.Strong knowledge of the UAE Labor law and experience in free zone environments (preferably RAKEZ, DMCC, or DIFC).Proven experience in HR leadership within real estate development, construction, or property sectors.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or CHRP are advantageous.Alternatively, you can email your CV to hannah@a2mlrecruiting.com
