This position oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, legal compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Director serves as a trusted advisor to department heads, fostering a respectful, motivated, and high-performing workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent ManagementOversee full-cycle recruitment and selection for all hotel positions, ensuring alignment with AREV’s luxury service standards and brand culture.Manage seasonal and permanent hiring, onboarding, and work-permit processes in coordination with corporate HR.Build partnerships with hospitality schools and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.Lead onboarding and integration to ensure new team members feel welcomed, informed, and inspired.Employee Relations & CultureFoster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment that reflects AREV’s values.Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and confidentially.Promote recognition and engagement programs that strengthen morale and teamwork.Performance & DevelopmentSupport department heads in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning & Quality function or external partners to deliver impactful programs.Encourage continuous learning, coaching, and internal career growth.Compensation, Benefits & AdministrationManage employment contracts, personnel files, and payroll accuracy in collaboration with Finance.Oversee attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.Ensure compliance with French labor law and local employment standards.Compliance & Health & SafetyMaintain full compliance with French labor law, and workplace safety requirements.Keep HR policies and employee handbooks up to date and ensure awareness across departments.Champion employee well-being and safety initiatives.HR Reporting & StrategyPrepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment progress).Contribute to workforce planning and HR budget preparation.Actively participate in group HR initiatives and audits.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance requirements.Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Passion for people, service excellence, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Why Join Us?At AREV Saint-Tropez, we pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled luxury experience in an intimate, boutique setting.
