NEED CANDIDATES FROM HOLDING COMPANYKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.Partner with senior leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.Lead HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all human resource matters.Talent Management & AcquisitionOversee the recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes to attract and retain top talent.Design and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.Establish performance management systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.Employee Relations & ComplianceFoster a positive and productive workplace culture consistent with company values.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.Compensation & BenefitsDevelop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.Conduct market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.Manage vendor relationships and benefits administration.HR OperationsLead HR metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and business acumen.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and drive organizational change.Thorough knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.Working ConditionsFull-time position, typically Monday–Friday.May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or conferences.
