It is now moving into an exciting phase of integration and scaling up its business. There is therefore now a rare opportunity for dynamic Human Resources leader to join the company to set up and lead its Human Resources function. ResponsibilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to journey with a growing business, directly reporting to the CEO where you will design, develop and execute the company's HR strategy and HR operations, including recruitment, talent and capability development, leadership development, compensation and benefits, culture & employee engagement, employee relations, and HRIS and analytics. You will drive HR operational excellence and provide commercial HR solutions, partnering the business leaders in achieving the company's growth agenda. RequirementsYou are a degree qualified human resources leader with track record setting up and leading successful HR functions across project based or field environments, managing local and expatriate workforce populations, gained in engineering or industrial sectors. You have strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and industrial relations practices, and experience in providing leadership in employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary matters. Prior experience in leading HR workstreams in mergers, acquisitions or business integrations will be highly advantageous. You are a hands on self-starter with strong influencing and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with multiple JV stakeholders.
