Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR audits within a multinational environment. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support smooth HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leaves, and benefits.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Taxation, etc.).Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.Maintain a talent pool and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Employee Engagement:Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.Support performance management and employee recognition programs.Conduct feedback surveys and assist in improving employee satisfaction.HR Audit & Compliance:Assist in HR audits by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring policy adherence.Support implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws and internal standards.Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR within a multinational organization.Sound knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
