Operating from studios in Bangkok, Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam, ASA Studios specializes in innovative lighting design for luxury and boutique hospitality brands. The studio is a trusted lighting consultant for prestigious hotel groups such as Accor, Banyan Tree, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Rosewood. Our multidisciplinary team, with expertise in architecture, design, and engineering, is dedicated to achieving exceptional creative and technical excellence in every project.Role Description1. Compensation & Benefits and Compliance Management• C&B Operations: Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits.• Insurance & Tax: Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization; manage procedures related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance; maintain working relationships with relevant authorities.• Compliance Control: Review and update Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, and HR policies to ensure compliance with current labor laws.2. Employee Life-cycle Management• Recruitment: Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and implement recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates.• Onboarding & Development: Design and implement professional onboarding programs; organize internal training initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.• Employee Relations: Manage labor contracts and handle procedures related to promotion, transfer, renewal, or termination in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.3. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture• Listening & Improvement: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and propose initiatives to improve the working environment to the Board of Directors.• Team Connection: Plan and coordinate internal events and activities to strengthen company culture and teamwork.4. Administration & Office Management• Office Operations: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including management of office equipment, supplies, and workplace facilities.• Workspace Coordination: Arrange seating plans, meeting rooms, and support administrative needs across departments.• Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers for office-related services such as cleaning, maintenance, internet, and equipment.• Logistics Support: Provide logistical support for meetings, internal events, training programs, and company activities.• Asset & Administrative Records Management: Monitor office assets and maintain administrative documentation in accordance with company policies.5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.Qualifications3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including Employee Relations and HR OperationsStrong understanding of HR Management processes and HR PoliciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with employeesAbility to manage and execute HR tasks with attention to detail and maintain confidentialityBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an HR role, particularly in a professional or creative industry, is a plusProficiency in relevant HR software and tools is advantageous
