● Manage Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting andcandidate screening to interviews and selection. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires,ensuring they are integrated effectively into the company.● Handle Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, andconflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues promptly and fairly.● Administer Performance Management: Support the performance management process bycoordinating reviews, providing guidance to managers, and helping employees with developmentplans to enhance their performance.● Ensure Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedurescomply with legal requirements and are consistently applied across the organization. Keepup-to-date with labor laws and regulations.● Facilitate Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professionaldevelopment programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Support career developmentinitiatives and succession planning
