Job OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous, ambitious, and hardworking HR Executive to support our client’s Human Resource operations, primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is critical in ensuring smooth hiring processes and supporting training coordination for both white- and blue-collar employees.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (TA):Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, and candidate shortlistingSchedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidatesLiaise with recruitment agencies and job portals when necessarySupport offer and onboarding logisticsLearning & Development (L&D):Coordinate training program registrations, logistics, and attendance trackingMaintain training records and feedback documentationAssist in tracking mandatory training completion for compliance and skills developmentAdministrative Support:Maintain accurate HR records and databasesSupport ad hoc HR projects and audits as requiredRequirementsMinimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with HR internship exposure may be consideredExposure to both blue-collar and white-collar workforce is a strong advantageExcellent organizational and coordination skillsMeticulous, proactive, and able to work independentlyStrong communication skills with good stakeholder management experience.Key TraitsHardworking and reliableAmbitious with a strong desire to grow in HRDetail-oriented and committed to delivering quality outcomesLicense No.22S1076 | EA Reg.: R1880183
