Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Onboarding & Access ManagementCoordinate new hire onboarding, including form approvals and IT access requests.Manage office access control (face scan registration) and maintain monthly removal reports.Conduct HR orientation sessions covering company policies and benefits.2. Training & DevelopmentSupport internal and external training programs.Arrange training classes, coordinate with trainers, and maintain attendance records.Submit required reports to regulatory bodies3. Employee Engagement & BenefitsOrganize quarterly birthday celebrations and manage gift/e-voucher distribution.Administer car parking registration and salary deduction consent.Coordinate company phone number and SIM/eSIM requests.4. OffboardingSchedule and conduct exit interviews; manage exit surveys.Ensure return of company assets and proper documentation filing.5. HR Data & ReportingUpdate HR databases (new hires, resignations) and company directory monthly.Maintain Google contacts and shared drive records.6. HR Meetings & CommunicationPrepare agendas, slides, and minutes for monthly HR meetings.Support homeroom sessions and internal HR communications.7. Administrative SupportHandle office cash advances and credit card documentation.Supervising administrative staff.
