Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, implement and manage HR policies, and foster robust employee relations. Additional day-to-day tasks include addressing employee concerns, managing recruitment, onboarding, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in HR Management and HR OperationsExperience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Human Resource processesProficiency in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concernsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
