Our mission is to help clients amplify their reach, build authority, and generate leads through strategic podcasting and content marketing.Role OverviewThe Human Resources Executive Recruitment will work closely with the HR Manager & Cofounder to support daily HR operations from screening/ shortlisting of a talented pool of candidates from recruitment coordination and onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles (Social Media Managers, Video Editors, Designers, Strategists, etc.).Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring leads.Shortlist and screen resumes, maintaining an updated talent pool for current and future vacancies.Assist in recruitment by sending assessments and evaluating candidates to ensure a smooth hiring workflow of qualified talent.Support HR Manager in monitoring probation periods, confirmations, and performance review timelines.Keep internal HR records, contracts, and employee files organized and up to date.Assist in preparing monthly quarterly performance review reports of internal team members.Help plan internal communication updates, performance reminders, and engagement activities.Gather and summarize employee feedback for HR review.Ensure communication tone across HR touchpoints aligns with GHA Marketing’s culture professional, clear, and respectful.Assist in maintaining confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation.Support HR Manager and cofounders in policy rollouts, compliance updates, and record verification.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or operations (agency or service-based setup preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and familiarity with tracking tools.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
