With strategic investments and alliances across key sectors of the Sri Lankan economy, we continue to expand and innovate.We are currently dynamic professional to join our team as Human Resources Executive.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead full - cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels.Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring Managers.Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Assist in employer branding initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field02 – 03 years of proven experience in HR & recruitment in a large corporate environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under minimum supervisionKnowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
