The role will suit someone capable of working well o their own initiative. €45kResponsibilities: Manage the administration of the full employee life cycleLead induction for new recruitsSupport recruitment process Ensure all HR data and filing is maintained accuratelyGeneral HR administration duties on a daily basisFirst point of contact for employee HR queries HR support to managers on areas such as policy and procedure, training & development and employee engagementAssisting with the co-ordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetingsRequirements: 2+ years experience in a busy HR roleServices background would be an advantage - retail, hospitality etcStrong administration skillsCIPD qualification desirable
