 We are looking for Human Resources Generalist - JeddahJob Summary:The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties on a professional level and supporting all HR functions within the organization. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. The HR Generalist also serves as a replacement or backup across all HR functions during absences or high-demand periods, maintaining consistency and continuity in HR service delivery.Key Responsibilities:General HR SupportPerform day-to-day HR activities across all functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration.Serve as a replacement or support for other HR team members to ensure seamless operations and service continuity.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals.(Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compliance & Reporting, HR Projects & Initiatives)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple functions.Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office applications.Professional certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.Core Competencies:Flexibility and multi-tasking abilityStrong organizational and coordination skillsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismInitiative and accountabilityTeam collaboration and adaptability
