ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Oversee and improve compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Manage end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, taxes, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure proper payroll documentation and compliance with regulations.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a strong company culture.Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment status, payroll summaries).Lead and coach the HR team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in payroll management and knowledge of payroll software/systems.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Willing to work Monday to Saturday.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
