Our mission is to share Vietnamese coffee and culture with curious people worldwide.ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal  candidate will be responsible for executing HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations,  recruitment, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and  regulations. WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Working Location  Head Office: 226-238A Nguyễn Công Trứ, District 1, Nguyễn Thái Bình Ward, HCMC  2. Working Time:  Working time: From 09.00 am to 06.00 pm – Monday to Friday Lunch time: From 12.00 pm to 01.00 pm – exclusive of working hours. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Recruitment and Training (30%)  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,  and conducting interviews. • Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring orientation sessions and necessary  paperwork are completed. • Identify training needs across departments and develop relevant training programs to support  employee development. • Schedule and coordinate internal training sessions, ensuring effective implementation and  employee participation. • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including documentation and communication with  employees and managers. 2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Processes (50%)  • Address employee queries related to HR issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns. • Handle payroll, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax (PIT), and other  C&B-related tasks. • Administer and manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records. • Oversee employee benefits programs and manage benefit-related queries. • Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, and other administrative tasks for foreign  employees. • Manage disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment through  effective communication. • Support the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure compliance with reporting  requirements. 3. Compliance (20%):  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain  regulatory compliance. • Provide guidance to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations  concerning employment. • Assist in monitoring internal compliance with HR processes, standards, and best practices. 4. Other Duties:  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR & Finance Manager. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall HR objectives and company goals. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in HR & Admin, including at least 2 years specializing in  recruitment and/or C&B  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage one subordinate and oversee full HR & Admin functions. • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and related  employment regulations. • Skills: Acts as a Culture Ambassador; strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving  skills; proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace. • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
