These duties include accounting, human resources, information technology, and operations. We need an energetic, detail-oriented HR Generalist to support this team.We are seeking a motivated, mission-driven, and creative HR Generalist with a focus on holistic organizational and personnel management. This role requires hands-on experience developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, processes, and records in support of a fully functional HR Department. This position will be instrumental in implementing scalable, compliant, and repeatable systems for use in a rapidly growing multifaceted organization.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
