Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented HR Generalist to join theJarvis Tech team. In this role, you will play a key part in the administration, execution, andoptimization of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations,performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:● Recruitment and Tracking:1. Responsible for collecting and reviewing resumes, interviewing prospective candidates,assessing their skills and qualifications, providing hiring recommendations, and overseeingthe entire recruitment process.2. Conduct training and guidance for new employees and track their probationary periodprogress.● Payroll and Administration:1. Record and manage employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism in accordance with laborlaws and company policies.2. Accurately process monthly payroll, benefits, and insurance in compliance with laborregulations.3. Support compensation reviews and incentive programs, and maintain up-to-date employeecompensation and benefits (C&B) records.● Employee Relations and Contract Management:1. Maintain positive employee relationships and effective communication through dailyinteractions and organized activities.2. Prepare and manage employee contracts, ensuring an organized and systematic filingsystem.● Office Management:1. Ensure timely collection of invoices and proper handling of office payments.Prepare monthly cash reports and monitor financial transactions.2. Collaborate with law firms to handle legal documents and ensure compliance.3. Manage office correspondence, maintain office environment and supplies, and handleequipment procurement and maintenance.● Other:Perform additional tasks as authorized by the Board of Directors.Requirements:● Possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience.● Proactive and adaptable in handling multi-tasking demands.● Capable of working independently and demonstrates good self-learning skills.● Honest, sincere, and possesses strong communication skills.Language requirements:English: listening/intermediate, speaking/intermediate, reading/advanced, writing/advanced.Bonus: Proficiency in Chinese.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?In Jarvis we value People-oriented, Fairness, Teamwork, Mutual Assistance, and Trust.
