ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to define and fill open roles.Manage employee relations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.Administer HR programs including benefits, leave, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.Support employee development by assisting with learning initiatives, new hire orientation, and recognition programs.Analyze people data using HRIS to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.Collaborate on HR initiatives to enhance our employer brand and improve employee engagement and retention.Qualifications: 2-3 years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle conflict and maintain confidentiality.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of employment law is a plus.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals.Opportunities for personal and professional development.A competitive salary and excellent benefits package.Team-building seminars and events.A great office location.
