Human Resources Generalist

Our client, the world's largest aerospace and defense manufacturer, is actively hiring an HR Generalist to join their team in Medley, FL! This role will be fully onsite; all candidates must be local. *This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior site leadership while aligning HR programs with business goals. You will coach and mentor managers and employees while empowering them to maximize their potential.
