We’re looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to support our logistics cross-dock operations in Fort Worth and Garland, Texas. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about employee relations, development, recruiting, and safety — and who enjoys working with a team that values integrity, collaboration, and results.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be a key HR partner to both our operations teams and leadership. You will spend most of your time in Fort Worth, with a few days each week at our Garland location. Your focus will be on strengthening our people programs, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace, and supporting our growing team.Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:Be the go-to HR resource for employees and leaders — providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and performance management.Manage onboarding and training for new hires, including dock employees and supervisors.Lead safety efforts across both facilities, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and OSHA standards.Conduct and update safety training, investigate incidents, and drive a strong safety culture.Serve as the primary contact for safety-related issues, accidents, and workers’ compensation.Act as backup payroll processor — ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and assisting with benefits administration.Manage relationships with benefit vendors (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), COBRA, etc.).Partner with leaders on recruiting, employee development, and engagement initiatives.Support HR and compliance training programs, both on-the-job and in the classroom.You’ll report directly to our Director of Human Resources, based in Atlanta, GA.What You’ll Bring5+ years of broad HR experience — ideally in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturingStrong knowledge of employment law, OSHA compliance, and safety programsExperience with payroll, HRIS systems, and benefits administrationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, organized, and flexible approach to managing multiple prioritiesAbility to travel regularly between Fort Worth and GarlandA degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience counts too.Why You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefitsA company culture that values safety, teamwork, and respectA chance to make a real impact on employees and operationsOpportunities to grow as the organization continues to expandIf you’re ready to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic logistics team and help shape the culture and safety of two key locations, we’d love to hear from you.
