Human Resources Generalist

ZOOMLION is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. Job Responsibilities:➤ Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations➤ Source CVs and schedule interviews for UAE and other countries➤ Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly➤ Conduct background checks. Assist in onboarding and training management➤ Managing employee KPI➤ Sharing targets and managing records➤ Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)➤ Perform other HR activities➤ Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in UAE labor laws.➤ Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organizationQualifications:Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistFamiliarity with full-cycle recruitingSolid understanding of UAE labor lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related fieldPreferred UAE Driving License holdersJAFZA work experience is an advantageIf you’re ready to take your career to the next level and contribute to the continued success of a market-leading brand, we want to hear from you!
