Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

RoleThis role offers an opportunity to experience the people side of HR — focusing on employee engagement, communication, and cultural initiatives, while gaining exposure to broader HR functions such as onboarding, exits, and HR data management.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & Communication∙Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, town halls, Appreciation Day, and team-bonding events.∙Create visually appealing communication materials using Canva and other tools for internal campaigns, events, and announcements.∙Draft and circulate employee communication messages, newsletters, and HR updates.∙Help in capturing event highlights and coordinating photo/video content for internal use.HR Operations & Coordination∙Assist in scheduling HR meetings, onboarding sessions, and exit interviews.∙Maintain HR data and trackers accurately (attendance, engagement records, etc.).∙Provide logistical and administrative support for HR activities and events.∙Coordinate with cross-functional teams for engagement and HRBP initiatives.Exposure & Learning∙Get a hands-on understanding of HRBP operations and employee experience management.∙Observe and assist in sessions related to onboarding, employee connect, and exit discussions.∙Learn how HR partners with business teams to drive engagement and performance.Desired Skills and Qualifications: ∙Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. ∙Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, Creativity and flair for design (experience with Canva or similar tools preferred).
