Human Resources (HR) Manager

Solar Energy Solutions is looking for an on-site Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management in a rapidly growing small company environment. They will serve as a resource for managers to help resolve and track employee issues and determine a plan of action.People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. The ability to influence and design the future HR direction for the business is significant as is the opportunity to be in on the ground floor of the rapidly accelerating clean energy revolution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementManage the recruitment and selection process by creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projectionsGenerate official internal HR related documents Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulationsMaintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance recordsCreate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activitiesCollaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authoritiesEvaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordinglyTake appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievancesCoach and support supervisory level management in the performance and skills management of their teamsRequirementsProven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutiveBachelor of Arts in Human Resources or a related fieldKnowledge of HR systems and databasesExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyKnowledge of HR administrative tasks and responsibilitiesVerbal and written communication skillsComputer skills, including Microsoft Office.
