HRIS ADMINISTRATORTEMPORARY (2 MONTHS)TORONTO/HYBRIDDo you have strong organizational and communication skills?Do you thrive in a fast-paced HR environment?The CompanyOur client is a leader in providing global professional services, including project management and consulting.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive pay rateHybrid work environmentFantastic work environmentExcellent opportunity to network with a multinational organizationThe Job!This role blends HR systems management, reporting, and operational support to ensure a seamless transition for incoming staff and supports a large-scale HR integration project involving approximately 140 new employees.Manage and maintain employee data in iTrent and related HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platformsDevelop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems — analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-makingSupport onboarding coordination: prepare documentation, schedule orientations, and deliver a smooth employee experienceMaintain and update position management data, including job titles, departments, and reporting structuresAssist in aligning and implementing HR policies and procedures for new employee groupsPrepare and distribute welcome communications and onboarding materialsMaintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance with data privacy standardsProvide general HR administrative support to the HR team, including calendar coordination, meeting notes, and correspondencePartner with internal departments to ensure a seamless integration processWhat you bring to the jobYou’re an HR professional who enjoys both the technical and people sides of HR — someone who can translate data into meaningful insights while keeping operations running smoothly.2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics rolesStrong proficiency in HRIS systems (iTrent experience preferred) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting)Solid understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, data management, and policy alignmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced integration environmentPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredQualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.Expected Compensation: CAD $22 – 25 per hourExisting Position Vacancy: YesI really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
